I understand that students attending the Expo as a class must be accompanied by at least one chaperone/teacher for the duration of the Expo. (Students cannot be dropped off and picked up later – their chaperone/teacher must attend the Expo with them.)

I understand that the English Expo is free, and by submitting this form, I commit to bringing the above number of students to the English Expo.

I understand that attendance is limited and that the exact number of attendees will have to be confirmed by the date registration closes.

I understand that my registration is not complete until I receive confirmation from MSU’s English Expo committee.

I understand that the English Expo will be providing a box lunch for all registered students and up to 2 chaperones but will NOT be providing breakfast.

Pre-Expo Activities: I understand that the Expo will provide some activities for attendees to complete prior to the Expo date. In addition, students can prepare an original work to submit for the contests; these submissions will be judged and prizes awarded to winners in each group. Guidelines and instructions will be sent out once registration is confirmed.

I understand that I will need parents/guardians to complete a photo waiver before students may attend. Photo waivers will be sent out once registration is confirmed.
